Non-Refundable Fees

Registration / Application Fee: The €30 registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers the immediate administrative cost of processing applications and system setup.

Arabic Language Courses (Online & In-Person)

Because class sizes are limited to a maximum of 5 students, a late cancellation prevents another student from taking that seat.

Before the Course Starts

  • Cancellation 14+ days before start date: 100% refund of the paid tuition fee (minus any banking/transfer fees).
  • Cancellation 7 to 13 days before start date: 50% refund of the paid tuition fee, or a 100% credit toward any future course valid for 12 months.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before start date: No refund, but a 75% credit toward a future course valid for 12 months.

After the Course Begins

  • Group Classes: Once a group course begins, refunds are not issued for missed classes or early withdrawal, as the group structure and teacher scheduling are locked in.
  • Private (One-on-One) Lessons: Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Missed lessons or cancellations made under 24 hours are charged at the full rate.

Volunteer & Internship Programs (In-Person in Amman)

Volunteer packages include major logistical commitments, including pre-arranged accommodation, daily breakfast, and coordination with local NGO partners.

  • Cancellation 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund of the program package fee (minus banking fees).
  • Cancellation 14 to 29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the program package fee, OR 100% credit to postpone your placement to any date within the next 18 months.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival / No-Show: Non-refundable, as housing allocations and local community placements have already been finalized and funded. However, a 50% credit can be extended for a future placement within 12 months on a case-by-case basis.
  • Early Departure: If a volunteer leaves the program early for personal reasons, no partial refunds are given for the remaining weeks of accommodation or programming.

Visa Refusals & Exceptional Circumstances

We want our students to feel safe booking with us. If a student is forced to cancel due to an official visa refusal by Jordanian authorities or documented medical emergencies:

With Official Proof (Visa rejection letter or medical note): A 100% refund of tuition/program fees (minus banking transfer costs) will be issued, even up to 48 hours before the start date.

Refund Processing Note

  • All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or PayPal) within 10 to 14 business days.
  • Any international transaction fees, currency conversion losses, or bank wire fees incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the student.
